At Speedscreen we take Colour Management very seriously.

That’s why we have invested in Caldera colour management software and the very latest flat bed Spectrophotometer’s

A very crucial and important part in the digital printing process is the RIP software. Besides many other tasks, the RIP is responsible also for correct linearization of the digital output device as well as for Color Management. For both a spectrophotometer is needed to get the colorimetric data.

The TotalColor solution can be used for :- creation of ICC profiles for digital output devices for most different materials (both reflective and transparent) - linearization of digital output devices - single measurements of logo colours (Pantone) with subsequent check of the colour-true printing - use as densitometer to determine density values for films and papers

This enables us to produce our own colour profiles to match materials for UV and solvent printing.

We aim to give our clients the very best quality image from their files, this is often compromised by poor colour management at the printing and rip stage.
“The difference between using the correct ICC profile matched to a substrate and not using one at all is night and day”. Tim Hill
