Tim founded Speedscreen in 1986 with partner Mike Dougal.They were both refugees along with Chris Venus from Hill-Mason print division - a subsidiary of L&P poster group. Starting his career as a darkroom technician, Tim soon moved into management and sales and has been at the helm of Speedscreen from its inception.
Tim used to be a sponsored windsurfer in his youth, but his recreation of choice now is kart racing, Tim takes part in national championships from Cumbria to Dorset & even Monaco. He lives in the countryside with his partner, Helen, 4 children and 2 dogs.

Chris Venus - Chris was with Speedscreen from the very start, 23 years ago, nearly time for a gold watch & chain! He said you get less time for murder. Chris runs Speedscreen's production with a ruthless efficiency Hitler would have been proud of. Married to Alison and with 3 children all at University, it is no wonder his hair is grey (not because of Alison). When not at Speedscreen, which is rare, Chris likes to relax playing golf or trying his hand at the art of fly-fishing. World domination is his life's ambition - watch out Poland!
 Nick Patrick - Sales & Business Development nick@speedscreen.net
Nick Patrick - Nick joined a little under 3 years ago and is responsible for new business and account handling. He is an ardent West Ham supporter, and is one of only 2 season ticket holders at the club, rarely if ever missing a home game. Nick is married to long suffering Tracy and they have 2 children, Daniel 13 & Lauren who is nearly 10. Nick's life held ambition is to see West Ham win the premiership - A complete fantasist obviously!

Sally joined our team in 2008 as accounts administrator. She is married with 2 children, Rosie 12 & Jonathan 10. She juggles a busy home life with work and studying for her accountancy qualifications. When she has more time, Sally would like to travel the world.

Charlie joined in 2008, her role is office admin and customer liaison. I happen to know that Charlie is a bit of a petrol head on the quiet and has been on track days driving Audi R8's and Ferrari's. When not tearing around, she loves nothing more than walking her pet Staffordshire Bull Terrier Brook and listening to music. Charlie has a partner Dean, who she met when just 16 .how sweet! Her ambition is to own and live on an Island in the Indian Ocean.
 Steve Startup - Joint Production Supervisor
Steve is one of the originals, he has been with us for 18 years, another who joined straight from school at 16. Steve is a rare animal these days, multi-skilled screen process printer, who can match any pantone colour blindfolded! Heading up production management with Matt Reade, Steve still gets his hands dirty but is getting a bit old at 34 to keep the pace. He loves his motorcycle and the pub holds a strong attraction for him it is said. Steve is single and has a daughter Sam of 12 years.He would like to travel the world one day. Steve you can't find your way from Strood!

Matt has been with us for 16 years, joining as a school leaver. Now heading up the screen production department with Steve Startup. Matt has 2 children, both boys Harrison 4 years and 16 month old Oscar.
 Steve Cragg - Pre Press / Stencil Dept
Steve Cragg - Steve joined 9 years ago. Having already worked in the industry, Steve heads up the pre - press department. Responsible for all screen preparation, stencil making and film prep work. Steve has become very much part of the Speedscreen family. He loves to play golf, is passionate about Arsenal (someone has to be) and football in general. Married to Kym and with 3 growing boys from 15 down to 2 years old Steve has a busy home life. His main ambition is to get Dan Baker to have a bath and use deodorant! A bit harsh..
 Shane Thresher - Senior Print Technician.
Shane Thresher has been with the company 12 years, joining as a 19 year old trainee and is now a valued and skilled screen process printer. Shane has recently become a new Dad with the birth of a son Connor. Football and Golf are Shane’s indulgence when not being a dutiful Daddy. His ambition is to travel to Kenya and go on a Safari.
 Nick Timms - Print Technician.
Nick Timms joined Speedscreen at 16 years of age. Nick has become a valued member of the company in his 5 years with us, running the large format screen printing machines. He likes to let his hair down (what hair?) playing the guitar and socialising with his mates. Another who has ideas of grandeur wanting to be the next King of England
 Jon Flagg - Digital Department Manager digital@speedscreen.net
Jon Flagg. Jon has only been with us for 4 years, which is hard to believe because Jon who joined as a screen print trainee now runs the whole digital department, from Flat Bed Uv through to Solvent digital/lamination and finishing. He also has quite a talent on the guitar, playing in a couple of bands, Jon will be found most evenings practising and is hoping for that breakthrough one day – I’ve heard him , stick to the day job Jon !
 David Oxley - Warehouse Transport and Logistics
David joined us a little over 2 year's ago running logistics and day to day warehousing requirements. David worked for Courage Breweries for 35 years delivering beer all over the south east. Having taken early redundancy David decided there was only so much golf and diving one could do, so decided to join the world of work again for a while. His shared passion though of diving still sees him & his wife Irene jet of to the Seychelles or somewhere equally exotic during the holidays.
David Watson - Trainee Screen Print Technician
 Dave Watson – Dave has been with us nearly 3 years, he is currently a trainee within the screen printing department, but Dave’s previous knowledge of laminating machines and finishing has led to him helping out in the digital print area quite frequently. Dave spends his leisure time socialising with friends and dreaming about get rich quick schemes.
 Dan Baker - Trainee Screen Print Technician Dan Baker – Joining just 2 years ago, Dan has proved he is a willing learner in both the screen and digital departments and is fast becoming an asset to Speedsceen. Dan loves to ride motorbikes He has just had a baby daughter Casie & his ambition is to own his own company one day.
 Nick Hajialexandrou - pronouced Haji - alex - andrew
Nick joined in August 2009 as a trainee in the digital department, working alongside Jon Flagg, Nick will learn all aspects of the digital print process, plus much more besides.
Nick was born in 1991, and left full time education in 2009. He is interested in Golf, Badminton, Football and Tennis outside of work, oh to be that young and fit!
